If you are registering a child – to complete the online application please have ready:

• Medical details for the child you are registering
• Valid credit or debit card for yearly membership fee

After registration, you will receive an email with a link to an online form to upload the following items of your child:

• Birth certificate
• Photograph(s) head & shoulder shot of member(s)

For insurance and legal reasons, online registration must be completed prior to the player(s) participation in a training session or match or club event.

For “Non-playing” members please have ready:

• Valid credit or debit card for yearly membership  fee.
